ImageI can’t remember exactly where or when I saw my first infrared photograph but I do remember that it was love at first sight. I experimented with IR film for a while but found it too grainy and very expensive. I saw my first digital infrared picture in an article by “George Lepp” in “Outdoor Photographer” and quickly had one of my cameras converted. Since then, almost all of my work has been  infrared black and white.

Michael Glomski

ImageMichael Glomski is new to the local art scene in Hot Springs. His work involves a variety of subject matter in multiple mediums. For example, the classic black and white charcoal figure drawings contrast with the haunting, expressionistic drawings of eyes. The busy, organic abstractions executed in oil are Glomski's latest work.

Leslie Fisher

ImageLeslie Fisher is both a journalist and a fine art photographer.  She was born on an army base in Georgia in 1980 and lived in Texas and Virginia before landing in Heidelberg, Germany during her high school years.  It was at Heidelberg High School that she developed an interest in both journalism and photography.  When Fisher started her senior year in New Jersey, she was enrolled in Photography 3, an advanced class where she learned to develop color prints and experimented with lighting techniques.  She also wrote for the school’s newspaper.
